Tag picker control

Even with autocomplete, entering tags requires the use of keyboard. Using a tag picker control, it would be possible to enter tags quickly into all tag input edit boxes using just the mouse.

Yes to this. I was thinking tag cloud, which is one version of what this post proposes.

As a minimum it would be very good to have several clickable recently used tags in the bottom of the Edit window
