Make CintaNotes cross-platform

E.g. move it to Java. So it can run on any platform (Windows/Linux/Mac) which, I think, is important for a universal note organizer

One of the killer feature of CintaNotes is speed. But Java(.Net and etc.) is slow in comparison with C++ and Win32 API.
I agree with Andrei; if you go Java I will stop using CintaNotes. Speed is my top priority.
I would love a java version, so I gave it an up, but... I just don't think it would be practical. The are concessions that have to be made for cross-platform programming, features like always on top, run at system start, global hotkeys... speed... yeah, they would all take a hit. Sure, there are work arounds, but this isn't even considering that the whole thing would probably have to be rewritten from scratch. That is a pretty tall order.
