It seems the title need to be changed to "Copy URL associated with the note"

The Copy Note Link command is for copying a link to a note itself. 

I've meant a link to a web page (URL) associated with the note.

As a minimum it would be very good to have several clickable recently used tags in the bottom of the Edit window

I believe it's more important to warn if there is a note in the database with the same link (I mean "link" field in notes editor).

I use CintaNotes as local bookmarking tool. I'd be happy to have this option in CintaNotes.

I'm waiting this for a long time too.
