Retain Tab characters

Tab characters (which are entered in the editor using Ctrl+Tab) are now auto-converted to spaces, CintaNotes should be able to keep the Tabs.

Although 4 spaces is the most accepted standart for replacing tabs, another possible related option is "Replace TAB by X spaces", where X is configurable.
