synchronization not complete please try again later after "uploading updates 2 of 2"

I'm running Cintanotes on Windows 7 on my flash drive.  I get this error when doing a manual F12 synchronization. Any ideas?

Hello Joe,
could you please do the following:
- Activate the Help/Debug/Debug Log option and let CN restart
- Try to synchronize via F12, wait for it to hang
- Close CN
- After that CN will produce the file named "log.1.txt", please send it to me to support@cintanotes.com.
 (The file will be located either near cintanotes.exe, or in %appdata%/CintaNotes)
