Cursor position when creating new note and when using 1st line of text as title

If I set - clipping - use as title - 1st line of text.
And then press INSERT to create a note.
Can the cursor be positioned in the text box and not in the title box

Done in 1.4.1 as an option "editor.focus.title" in cintanotes.settings
