Note creation from command line

Add the ability to create notes from a command line

E.g. c:\cintanotes.exe title="Check out CN Beta 10" text="download when next online" link="http://www.cintanotes.com/" tag=todo

This would enable me to easily create (using BAT files) CintaNotes files for the many lists I have in WORD & EXCEL
