Allow asterisk to create a bullet list

Allow an asterisk followed by a space to create a bullet list, that is "* ". This corresponds to the creation of numbered lists, when i have to press "1. " only, to create the list. This comes in more handy, than pressing Ctrl+L.

It could be an option, that can be turned off in the settings file.

I suggest to also add Ctrl+Shift+L to turn the list off.

could you please comment on why you have downvoted my suggestion? Thank you. I suggested the enhancement as optional, so it shouldn't be in your way, if you don't like it. Btw, Outlook does use the same feature and i really like it.
