"Backup now" command

It would be nice to tell CN to backup immediately.
Analogous to existing hourly, daily and weekly backups, these backups should be named as ".manual.db".

Rather  than manual.db the filename should be made of a timestamp, e.g. yyyy-mm-dd_hh-mm-ss. The manual backup would help while testing CN functionality.
