Add vertical scrollbar to long notes in main window
It's easier to do than full "In-place note editing", and it would be easier to see all text of a long note without opening it for editing.
(you could show it only for "active" highlighted long note)

could you explain how this should work? don't you think that having two scrollbars will be confusing?
Also maybe you are not aware of the current features for note viewing:
- Right/Left to scroll by line
- Ctrl+Right/Left to scroll by page
- Spacebar to "pin" the note, while holding Space all controls (mouse wheel, keyboard) work to navigate the note.
