Windows system variables in Link as virtual path

Use Windows system variables in Link field. E.g. '%windir%\regedit.exe' will navigate to correct location of regedit or '%Wiki_URL%/coconut.html' will navigate to coconut page. This virtual path enhancement will make links very poverfull. Thank You

The relevant Windows API function to resolve system variables being "ExpandEnvironmentStrings".
