Tabs for notebooks

I know there is a suggestion for tabs on the roadmap, but that seems to be about using tabs for different sections of a single notebook. Not sure if my idea is already on the roadmap, but it shouldn't be too hard to implement as you just need to wrap the current window in a tab control (or you could roll-your-own tab/button control), and handle switching between notebook tabs. "

Customizable date and time format

the date format should be customizable - eg. when right now its- 6/6/2012 8:54pm - i should be able to customize it fully - include seconds + set it as 06 june 2012 8:54:30 PM

Now when you open a note, searched words are highlighted. But not in the title.
