Very little clutter, esp. if you don't have other sections and hide section bar. You'll become to see this section only when you press Shift+F6 or when you make section bar visible.

But this will make incremental search prohibitive, too many entries esp. when you start typing. Probably we'll need to come up with some special syntax to designate tags, e.g. like this "[tag1]" or "tag:tag1"

Well I get a bit of feeling that you're trying to turn CintaNotes into a full fledged mind mapping software, which it is not. If you need mind mapping, wouldn't it be better to take specialized software? Why CintaNotes?

You mean the "Full" view, where each note is displayed in full regardless of how long it is? Or is it about seamless transition (which is quite a different thing)?

Thanks for the suggestion! Do you mean the ability to switch from title search to tag search, or to simply do "combined" search?
