How can we express the behaviour in a more formal way? Opening note window on the same monitor where the main CN window is located?

The current plan is to release the first commercial version in the end of January.
But since I can't (yet;) work on CintaNotes full time, this date might slip, as it has already happened before.

Features that will be included in the first commercial version:
- Basic text formatting support
- Hierarchic tags
