Since 1.4 it is possible via adding the "tagsedit.autocomplete.acceptonspace = 1" parameter to the cintanotes.settings file.

Do I understand correctly that the "Run at System Startup" option doesn't work for you and CN does not start automatically on system restart (not just resume)?
