Would be great to extend the functionality of CN through Addon or Plugin (or whatever they're called), while keeping the base application small.

First thing comes to my mind is plugin for code/syntax highlighting. CN would be great for storing code snippets too. Different language as different plugin for example.

It's easier to do than full "In-place note editing", and it would be easier to see all text of a long note without opening it for editing.
(you could show it only for "active" highlighted long note)

Allow tags to have values.
For example, we can enter tags as "price:80" or "urgency:3"
and then write "price>5 urgency<2" into the search box to display all notes which have price greater than 5 and urgency less than 2.

It would be nice to be able to email a note from within Cintanotes.

Copying and pasting into another program works of course, but just a suggestion.

I'm using the windows ''classic theme''. CintaNotes menus appear different (I thik they called ''office something menus''. Is there a way to have the ''classic'' appearence in menus?

It should be possible for CintaNotes to log all keypresses and put them into some dedicated database.

E.g. move it to Java. So it can run on any platform (Windows/Linux/Mac) which, I think, is important for a universal note organizer

CintaNotes is light and fast, but lacking portability. Evernote is huge and unwieldy, but well, it's Evernote. Unlike other note takers (like simplenote) you can access it from just about anywhere with just about anything. Even a basic cellphone. Syncing with a specific text only notebook would be just about perfect. Manually Exporting and Importing would be doable, but irritating.

Great feature to keep the notes shorted and less messy by automatically shortening links using bit.ly.

Plus you can allow users to enter their bit.ly API details so they can monitor clicks if they ever share notes etc
