CintaNotes should implement the "File/Open" and "File/Save As..." commands, and also provide the recently opened files list to easily switch between different DB files.

Todo lists inside notes
It would be nice to be able to make todo lists within notes (like in MS OneNote).
I imagine this could be done by using a button to add checkboxes, or even better, automatically generates after writing some text preceded by a dash or by the word "todo" and having either the dash or the "todo" swapped with a checkbox.

Recognize tags in note's text and make clickable
CN should provide a way to insert links to tags into note's text. Clicking on such link would be equal to clicking on this tag in the tag sidebar.
The simplest implementation would simply look for literal tags, but if this is not feasible, some special markup like [tagname] could be used.

CintaNotes should highlight the little arrow icons in the top left corner of the note's preview when the mouse hovers on it, and clicking on it should open the note's link.

Shortcut to paste focused note into currently active app
..or rather into the text field which has been active just before I pressed a shortcut to call up CintaNotes window.
E.g. I edit text, press Ctrl+Alt+F12, CN pops up, I find the needed note and press Ctrl+Enter, CN pastes the note's text into the app and minimizes back to tray.

Yet Another Sync Option (Y.A.S.O.) - Opera version. Yes, I do mean the note function built into the Opera browser, accessible through my.opera.com's 'Opera Link'. Before I discovered CintaNotes, that is what I used. Easy, always open, always accessible. Figured it was past time someone suggested it.
