Notes window; opened at specific position by title; tools available?

At the moment, when notes are opened and links are followed in those notes, other notes window open in a random position (I think after positioning, the current position is stored).
But even position is stored; is it stored by CintaNotes or by Windows? An auto-arrange after note creation would be a great help.

It would be nice if the notes would position and size by part of the title of the window.

I looked after a tool doing this like Pistaschio, Actual Window Manager or WinSplit Revolution; but didn't find one making this possible.

Any idea or tool known?

Section titles not displaying full titles (Add hint)

Currently, if a section title is too long, it is cut short in the main Cintanotes window. This makes it hard to identify titles that begin the same way, but end differently.

It would be nice if when you mouseover a section tab, the full name appears in a hint pop-up.

A "section sidebar", similar to the tag sidebar would also be nice to have.

Import should optionally include recycle bin

To fully regain all of my data i ask to include recycle bin also (at least as an option), when doing an import. There is no other easy way to recover that data otherwise, since xml-export/import doesn't support it either.

Would like to see added security option (2 factor type authentication) for accessing program particularly for application data housed on Dropbox.

Smart Tabs

To support a very simple way of creating/editing table-like-data support smart tabs. When the user presses the TAB key insert spaces to set the caret to the next non-whitespace column in regards to the previous row.
