Option to play sound instead of displaying balloon on clipping

It should be possible to set up a sound that is played as an audio feedback for clipping, and make the balloon tooltip in silent clipping mode optional.

It should be possible to clip pictures like it is now possible to clip text. CintaNotes should create a new note and add the picture to it.
